Announcing the Dramatic Writing Devision

On June 29 2015, a Dramatic Writing Division will launch for the first time in the Conservatory's history, joining the Drama and Musical Theatre divisions and giving students more ways to learn and expand their artistic talents.

Students from middle school and high school will take classes in playwriting, screenwriting, TV writing, and sketch comedy, including an opportunity to workshop their pieces with professional actors. They will leave the conservatory with a one-act play, a screenplay or TV pilot, short sketch comedies, and a resumé.
